I encountered an issue while trying to verify my account and received the following message : âOur system has indicated multiple failed attempts from your account. We are unable to proceed with your Account Verification.â (see below screenshot).
Quick edits - it seems youâre stuck at the business verification, not employment verification - in the how-to above (Step 9) - select âbusiness verificationâ rather than âemployment verificationâ
Once youâre in touch with support please let us know alongside your ticket number. Should this result in a loophole - weâll be able to support you.
I received an answer from Microsoft Support team saying "In reviewing your account, we have found that you do not meet Microsoft standards for eligibility. I am unable to provide any additional detail and I will be archiving this ticket. " (see screenshot below)
