PC error : "Our system has indicated multiple failed attempts from your account. We are unable to proceed with your Account Verification"

Hey !

I encountered an issue while trying to verify my account and received the following message : “Our system has indicated multiple failed attempts from your account. We are unable to proceed with your Account Verification.” (see below screenshot).

Could you please advise me on how I can move forward and resubmit a new document to complete the verification process?

Hi Geoff - you will need to open a support ticket. i’ve made a walkthrough for you.

Quick edits - it seems you’re stuck at the business verification, not employment verification - in the how-to above (Step 9) - select “business verification” rather than “employment verification”

Once you’re in touch with support please let us know alongside your ticket number. Should this result in a loophole - we’ll be able to support you.

I received an answer from Microsoft Support team saying "In reviewing your account, we have found that you do not meet Microsoft standards for eligibility. I am unable to provide any additional detail and I will be archiving this ticket. " (see screenshot below)
