I did not pass the Partner Center Validation, is that Game Over?

Hi Community,

I have an issue which I have been fighting for long and still not able to solve.

I have been trying to verify my Partner Center account for almost 6 months and after I got rejected (nobody knows why), I contacted support and provided what they needed.

Still after waiting for 2 weeks, I receive a message saying “This application is insufficient for the requirements of the program”

Anybody in this situation? Why Microsoft don´t provide further info?

Welcome to the fantastic vetops world of Microsoft.

Should I reopen a ticket?

Hi Hasbulla - I’m reviewing docs and will revert back. You were with the right support line. Bear with me will revert tomorrow AM.

Hi Hasbulla - reviewed the docs and pinged you in private. There was a small mismatch that you can resurface to support as corrected and you’ll be good to go.

Hi Johan,

you were completely right, and now I asked my domain provider to modify my invoice to adjust to the correct name.

In the meanwhile, I created a support ticket, but this time, they did not even bother to ask me for anything and they rejected me directly:

TrackingID#2412200040005139

What do you suggest in this cases? Is there another route to not be rejected without even providing the documents?

Best
Hasbulla

Hi Hasbulla,

Can you confirm you did exactly the same steps on this ticket creation walkthrough ?

As in what was the problem type you raised ticket for “Employment Verification” or “Business Verification”

And ultimately (see step 14) - did you click on “Yes” or “No”.

Having these items in mind will help escalate the matter.

Hi Johan,

I think I created it as Business verification issue, and in the step 14 I selected “no”.

Either way, I followed your tutorial exactly, for solving issues of this kind, and I created a new ticket:
2412240040002392

I hope this ticket has a better support agent this time.

Finally positive feedback.

Support came back to me and they want to collaborate:

I have provided a new domain invoice (the latest one), fingers crossed. Company name matches the PC one.

I will keep you posted.

Thanks for your knowledge on this.

Sometimes Microsoft makes you feel like in a dead end, but you showed me the light.

Hi,

bad news again, I waited for them to come back to me, and this is finally their answer, as usual:

Is this a dead end? or is it any other way? They closed the ticket as soon as they replied to me…

Hi Hasbulla - we’ll follow up through our own support channel. I’ll keep you updated in DM !
