Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about Marketplace Rewards—decoded just for you! :rocket:

Marketplace Rewards FAQ

1. How does the ISV Success Program – Marketplace Rewards engagement process work?

The program follows a standard engagement methodology and pathway for partners who qualify for an Engagement Manager. Once a partner qualifies, they are assigned appropriate Engagement Manager resources, and they will receive communications throughout the engagement process.

We also engage with partners who reach out to us directly before we have contacted them, though these cases are less frequent. However, the number of inbound requests has been increasing, especially from WeTransact partners.

2. How can I find out who my Rewards Engagement Manager is?

There is no easy way to look up your assigned Rewards Engagement Manager. If you already have one or would like to be assigned one, you can reach out to Rewards@microsoft.com to inquire.

3. How can I check how many Azure sponsorship credits I have remaining and when they expire?

You can find this information in the Azure Sponsorship FAQ, which is available here: Microsoft Marketplace Rewards Azure Sponsorship FAQ.pptx - Microsoft PowerPoint Online

Additionally, partners can check their sponsorship status and details by visiting:

Microsoft Azure Sponsorships | Welcome

To view sponsorship details applied to their own subscription, partners must have the following roles:

Must be the one who provisioned the sponsorship

Must be admin agent: go into partner center->settings->user management-> search your name-> assign yourself ā€˜Admin Agent’.

Must be billing admin in azure portal, click here for a how to guide.

  1. Is there a way to track available sponsorship funding for a partner in the Rewards Program?

No, there is no external way for partners to track available sponsorship funding for requests through the Rewards Program.

The Rewards team manages and tracks funding availability internally. Funding is not guaranteed and is allocated for specific purposes. However, partners will be aware of their eligibility and what they have been awarded.

The tracking of available and consumed funding is handled by our Azure admin team, which is an internal function leveraged by Engagement Managers. This team is not accessible externally to partners or customers.

Email Template for reaching out to rewards@microsoft.com to find out who your engagement manager is:

[Hi, Rewards team,

I’m writing to inquire about who my engagement manager is, if I there is one already assigned to my account. If not, please assist me in assigning an engagement manager. I have an upcoming deal on the marketplace and I’d like to leverage my Azure credits as incentive but I’m missing some core details that I’m also not able to gain access to via https://www.microsoftazuresponsorships.com/
