I am attempting to create or update a publisher profile on the Microsoft Marketplace with the necessary details (Publisher Name, Publisher ID, and contact info). However, upon clicking “Save,” an error message appears: "Something went wrong. Please try again; if this problem persists, contact Microsoft support.
Hi Wonka - can you do a couple of things to try debugging the situation:
- No capital letters in “Email”
- No capital letters in “Publisher Name”
Should do the trick.
(P.S remove the figures in your publisher id - it’s not looking nice)
If not - please share with me a screenshot of your Identifiers tab in Partner Center (Wheel on the top right > “Account Settings” > Identifiers > Click on Publisher.
